- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 06, 2020, by Linda BullockWe have had multiple excellent experiences with this store in the past, but today, Charles, gave us the worst customer service we have ever had there. We asked for a sample quart of paint to be matched to a fabric swatch, and he stated that he couldn't do that because it was "against their policy", and that they couldn't match fabrics. I told him we had had both done in the past, and his colleague chimed in stating that it shouldn't have been done because of their "policy". How can I NOT help you??
